Training

Monday training in December

Monday 9th December - Meet as usual at Tilgate shops at 6.45pm for a 7.00pm start. We will be run up Tilgate Way, turn right and re-assemble at the corner of Southgate Avenue and Hawth Avenue. We will then run the Hawth loop running down Hawth Avenue all the way to the Squareabout, turn left along Haslett Avenue E and left again when we get to Southgate Avenue and back to the start of the loop. The loop can be done as many times as you want, although most will be happy with one or two loops.

Monday 16th December we will try a brand new route and park and meet at Crompton Way on the Manor Royal Industrial Estate. The route will be a loop round parts of the Industrail Estate and will be as flat as they come!

Monday 23rd December, we will meet at Tilgate shops and run a route taking in as many Christmas lights as we can find. The route has yet to be defined as Tilgate locals have yet to fully light up the streets.

Don't forget, all Monday subs will go towards this years Christmas charity of Springboard. Contribution is entirely voluntary, and if you do't wish to contribute towards Springboard, your £1 sub will go into the clubs coffers as normal.
Don't forget to wear bright colours to be seen, and look forward to seeing as many of you as possible.

Remember, Winter is now here, and we are now training to our Winter schedule.
