Due to the majority of our Coaches and Run Leaders running in the Sussex Grand Prix at Bexhill, there will be no training on Wednesday evening.
Normal service will resume next Monday!
Our regular summer training schedule is as below (unless notified above)
On both Monday's and Wednesday's we meet in the main Tilgate Park Car Park outside the Smith and Weston at 6.45pm for a 7.00pm start.
Training sessions are £1 per session.

Our sessions are suitable for all abilities, and we normally have a choice of sessions to suit everyone's training requirements.
If you have never trainined with us before, please feel free to come along to any session, everyone is welcome no matter what your ability or experience.

No one is ever left behind, distances typically range from 4k upwards depending on the group, conditions and weather.
We take part in WSFRL league races, typically on a Sunday once a month and some Wednesday evenings during summer, when there are no WSFRL races on we often take part in other races or meet up to go out for a social Sunday morning run as well as a Friday night social run through Tilgate and Furnace Green, check our Facebook page for details and timings.
Our running coaches are very happy to help those starting out and can help prepare an individual training plan for a particular target or race.
